We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange only no refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired replacement item (if applicable).
3. Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process the exchange and ship the new item within 5-7 business days.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value than the original item.
Exceptions
- Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
