We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make an exchange, please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:

• Eligibility Window: You can request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same good condition as you received them. All original hangtags must be intact and not torn.

• Step 1: Contact Us on WhatsApp: Before shipping your item, please send us a text message on WhatsApp at +91 8754109192. Your message is a high priority for us. Depending on our daily workload, we usually get back to you as soon as possible or within 2–3 hours. Please note: We handle all exchange requests exclusively via message, so we kindly ask for no phone calls.

• Step 2: Sending Your Item to Us: We currently do not offer reverse pickup services. You will need to mail the original item back to us using your preferred courier at your own expense.

• Step 3: Our Complimentary Exchange Shipping: Once we receive and check your return, we will ship your new exchange order back to you with 100% free delivery!
